Appalling service @ Defy service Cape Town

Highly irritated with Defy at the moment, their customer service sucks, i had the decency to inboxed them on Facebook on Friday morning and they said someone will call me, i still have not had a call from anyone at the Cape Town service centre, either they don't answer the telephone or they take very long to answer, they never return calls and that's very annoying, I have a Defy product that i haven't been able to use for more than month, very disappointing, the tumble dryer has been repaired twice and still has the same issue, a technician came out 2 weeks ago and acknowledged the problem with the machine, and still haven't heard anything from them,
