Appalling Service
What appalling service from Defy 🙈🙈 NEVER WILL I EVER SUPPORT DEFY. I bought a fridge in October 2025 from Kloppers George. Within 1 month the fridge said cheers. Kloppers exchanged it with another Defy and within another say 2 months the new one also started to pack up. Now I have to wait 10 DAYS until Defy will credit the store to credit me so I can choose another fridge. NEVER WILL I BUY from Defy again.
