Appalling service

Sent back my oven stove at OK furniture Jabulani for repairs as it has not been even 12 months and the plates died. This was over two weeks ago, defy so called technicians keep saying there are no parts, I'm now out of budget I can't be buying take outs days and night. Your service is ****, how does a stove manufacture not have spare plates. Won't be buying any defy products and I won't I wish other people don't
