APALLING!

The most appalling after sales service and a very inferior products. I have a four year old Defy oven which Defy have never been able to set the temperature correctly. I am unable to bake anything decent! I have a Defy washing machine which is 18 months old. It has had two hinges on the lid and now the drum is no longer stable. After booking a repair call you can wait anything up to three weeks for a Technician to call. I have written to Defy head office, sadly not reply. As a consumer where do you turn to next!!
