If I could give them 0 I would. I bought a washing machine 4 months ago and it stopped spinning. I called them and they sent a man who made a whole on the machine. They then did not say anything when I called them they said I broke the machine and they have taken the 10 year warranty off as I apparently broke the machine. The are a horrible company with bad attitude. Customers are not important to them. Very disgusted
