Angry as hell

My defy washing machine broke nd I got a reference number from defy on the 08/07/2020. It's been almost a month now and they neva came to repair my machine. Everytime they push my date out cos they were supposed to cum on Monday then Friday and wen i foned today they sed they cuming Monday but the lady who took my call couldn't tell me y they push my date everytime out. I will neva buy a defy product agen cos the way they do business is unexceptable....Im so angry cos I'm doing washing for a month with my hands nd its winter
