Amazing service
My Top loader washing machine got damaged called in to book it for repairs, was informed its out of warranty, I got frustrated wrote a review on them, the same day was assisted by the hellopeter Defy team, in a day or so was called back by one of their agents and she explained the process, way forward to me and booked my machine for repairs..... in two days my machine was fixed.... my service reference number ***..... YOUR SERVICE IS TRULY AMAZING THANK YOU

14 Nov 2022, 12:51I need assistance regarding my previous repair, I Just called Defy Customer service for assistance was assisted by a lady call Kgomotso Manyisa, she informed me you guys only assist a repair that went wrong only it its within a month..... she also said the is no reference she can provide me with unless I agree to pay an amount of R630.00 for a service..... Please provide clarity.
I just want to understand the fact that you only give 1 month for a repaired washing machine? does that mean you guys only fix our machines to work for only 30 day?
Please assist with clarity.

She said "The is no warranty for the Repair that was done for me, unlike other clients as I did not pay for the previous job card, it was done under warranty which was not supposed to be."
So now its my fault that your agents cant tell the deference between in warranty and out of warranty? Are the calls we receive from your agents even assessed? They are Rude on another level.
Your agents repaired my Machine under warranty, any repair done should have a repair warranty please don't make your *********** agents` faults mine.
