Amazing Service

<p>I called Defy Johannesburg very frustrated and irritated on Friday afternoon, after being transferred 5 times to a gentleman called Fanie, burst out crying in his ear and him soothing me and telling me everything will be alright and he will get a lady by the name of Gail to call me to send a technician out on Saturday. True to his word, Gail called and I continued crying in her ear telling her my problems and that I have so much washing and the new washing machine I purchased wasnt working and flooding my new place, she said its okay she will send someone out to me, where I then threatened that if she didnt send someone out I would go to her house with all my laundry and a bottle of wine to complete it! True to her word, Alan made contact with me where he assured me he will be by me bright and early Saturday morning and there he was. Defy you live up to your great appliances, but more so your fantastic customer service. I have 3 superheroes at Defy who not only put up with me crying in there ear but they sorted my new washing machine out. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Fanie, Gail and Alan - you guys are fantastic, and very much appreciated for all you do and especially done for me.</p>
