Already regretting my purchase.
Fix your website. It's so typical how companies can get the marketing aspect of their websites right, but that's often where it ends. I purchased a CornerWash dishwasher for the 5 year warranty for which I had to register to receive the 2 years additional to the standard 3 year warranty. Firstly, the marketing page says to go to the main website and click on the button or banner to register. They could have provided a link right there. Please explain to your content folks the difference between a hyperlink, a button and a banner. There is neither button or banner on the website. In fine print at the bottom is a hyperlink to register your product. Clicking the page took me to a page where I could register with my email address and enter my product details. The first field is called "Product" and is a required field, but it is broken. It searches but never returns anything. There is a technical error in the back end, visible in the browser console. I phoned at 5:50 and was told I should try submitting without the product name since there is a product code field. After the call, I uploaded my invoice and attempted to submit only to find the product name is required. I then called back at 5:59 and was told sorry, I need to call back tomorrow as everyone has knocked off. Rather advertise business hours as closing at 5:55 if nobody is available to help before 6.
