All there promotions is ****!

<p>I bought a new washing machine from DEFY in November 2016. DEFY ran a promotion where you as buyer receive a mid-week break for 4 days, which was extremely awesome. The first week or two they were in contact but afterward I had to send numerous of emails, is the holiday booked, should I cancel my leave what's going on. Once a while feedback came through and now nothing, no calls ( i cannot get a hold of them at all) and no emails. it's not that I'm upset about a holiday, but if the service and communication are this bad, it does not say much of their products. I still need to replace a few other appliances but will never ever waste my time on DEFY! - Will this be with the 3-year warranty as well I received? my machine breaks and no one answers???????</p>
