All my appliances are Defy because they had an excellent after sales service

All my appliances are Defy because they had an excellent after sales service. Recently I called them because my fridge stopped being cold. The technician came after 1 day, but didn't have the gas and undertook to come back the next day. I phoned three days later and they said he would come the next Monday, after that weekend (ref no.***) He regassed the fridge but it quickly stopped working. I reported it again (ref ***) and after waiting for a week I phoned. They arranged to collect it this time. They collect this Monday 29 July and have still not returned it. I have had no fridge since 17 June , it's now August 2 and still waiting . Never will I buy Defy appliances again.
