Airconditioner faulty, still under warranty

Defy airconditioner faulty within warranty period. Installers get wrong parts from Service Centre to fix airconditioner. Almost two months and still nothing positive. The heat is ****ing us. Tommie *** is on this case. If they can't fix it, we want a replacement.
