Again another poor service from Defy Cape Town
My fridge has once again given me problems and Defy Cape Town has been dragging their feet again and I have been the victim of having to throw away food cz of that and they so cheap that they would rather fix your fridge when they please and run away from replacing it as faulty as it gets even though you still have warranty. So appalled 🤮🤮🤮🤮 by this service I will sell their fridge for s****s and move to other companies rather than be treated like I dnt matter when I paid over 10 000 for their fridge. Dnt trust defy even if they lie and say they care they actually dnt.

27 Jan 2023, 20:33If anyone comes across this post I have contacted my lawyer and his advice is to get as many people we can and take action against defy via the proper channels because they read our reviews and call to make empty promises that don’t get fixed at all. It’s high time they feel the pain we experiencing and we need to contact newspaper’s to bring attention to the country about this because we all experienced the same treatment from different parts of the country which means that there are a lot of us out there who are fighting the same fight against defy. Shops like Woolworths and H&M have been closed down at some point due to them not treating us fairly it’s time defy experiences the same cz I’m sick and tired as I worked hard for that money I used to buy this fridge and everyone has also done the same to get this messed up and appalling service.
