Aftersales nightmare
Pathetic aftersales seevice and incompetend service level. Fridge/ freezer not functioning properly and no joy from service department as they dont commit to telephonic promises in regards to a technician being sent out to fix the issue and further more diagnose and repair the fridge the first time seeing as this is a revolving issue with the appliance not working and have lost food etc worth R1000's of Rands.
