After service

Brought a washing machine in March 2022, first week the noise it makes when its spin is so loud. Put in a complaint all that the technician is saying that how it sound. July 2022 my washing room will flood every 2 weeks I couldnt find the source. September when it happend again I was in the room and could find the source and its my wasing machine. I log a call again I took videos to show show them were its leaking after 3 weeks they still wait for the part I could wash for 2 weeks with cleaning n flooded laundry room every 2nd day but now its non stop leaking. All they say we are waiting for the parts, 4 people in the house and I cant do laundry.
