After sales parts issue

Been looking for parts since 30-03-2026 when I have logged a request online. I have phoned the customer care number on 7-04-2026 which they then gave me the number for the Midrand branch *** but this number is never answered and also that is the first response I got back on email for my online request which I responded to and then also got the Midrand number. Until today not able to get feedback if I can order these parts or if I need to trash the Defy brand and get another brand that has after sales support and parts. How do we get parts for the Defy brand? don't tell me to go to a reseller as they want it on Whatsapp, I need a phone number to call and then the address where I can pickup the parts.
