After sale service - non-existent

I bought a Defy dishwasher a couple of years ago. This dishwasher's detergent dispenser door keeps opening as soon as the dishwasher cycle start - meaning that the dishes are basically washed with only water since the soap drops to the floor of said dishwasher. I phoned Defy to arrange a technician to arrange a service / repairs. I held on almost 20 minutes just to get through to an agent. The agent confirmed that he had booked the service, and that a technician would contact me to arrange a suitable date and time. This was 2 weeks ago. No-one has contacted me since. I tried getting in touch with an agent in the call centre this morning, but after 20 minutes of holding I gave up. Terrible. I'll get someone else to fix my appliance, and never buy Defy again.
