Absolutely useless customer service - faulty product

Spent a bit extra on a fridge thinking I was investing in quality. The water dispenser leaked from day 1 and is unusable.

When you are lucky enough to get through to customer service, they promise to get back to you and never do, with zero assistance at all. After a month of a faulty, brand new product, I will be returning it the first chance I get. Useless.
