Absolutely useless !!!

Shocking experience , terrible is an understatement !!

This has now been months , I have posted numerous reviews and I keep getting told that the issue will get dealt with , the manager will call me , an agent will come see me!

That just a load of **** !!! The manager himself called me 2 weeks ago and I was told that my new fridge will be delivered withing 2 days , its over 2 weeks once again

Numerous calls and messages and I have had no help , I am absolutely disgusted in this after sales experience !!!

I will not recommend DEFY to anyone !!
