A Defy stove Equals love

We grew up poor. But our white Defy four plate stove carried the family through our darkest times. When the bread grew stale my mother would pop it in the oven and turn it into rusks. That we could enjoy days later with black bitter koffie huis coffee, as there was no money for sugar. Yes we were poor but that Defy stove kept the house warm, ou bellies full and our hearts overflowing with love. My love for Defy will never die
