A bitter battle with Defy JHB

My father had brought a fridge and it stop working. We booked a call out and waited 9 working days this doesn't include Saturdays. Before a technician came out to tell us that the fridge is out of gas. The technician said he has to order the the gas and only the following Thursday to replace the gas bottle. He replaced it and the following day the fridge stopped working completely. We have been waiting from the beginning of March till today for Defy to exchange the fridge. You can not get hold of Defy JHB and you hold on for over 20 minutes then get cut off .
