A 2 plate stove would do a better job

I bought myself a defy touch stove at Makro Woodmead using card ***7. That was the worst mistake ever. Every time I need to start cooking I pray first. I’ve had people from defy come through 3 times in the 1st 6 months to come fix the stove. I have went to Makro 3 times, they said I must speak to Eddie Knust whom is always not available. Mbali from Makro said I must call Defy to come replace the stove, When I call Defy they say Makro must replace the stove. Currently the oven is not even working. I’m not getting any joy from Defy nor Makro.
