9kg twin tub washing machine

I bought a washing machine,got the machine.on my second wash of using it,realized that the is water coming under the machine.then I washed again I then realized that the machine is leaking,I then went to where I bought it,(fairprise) they then told me I should lig a call with defy.which I did.they then sent a technician to my house to fix.ohl still after fixing the machine was still d same.i then called back the defy n told them that I am not happy with the product,it's still new and already it has given me problem what will then happen after a year where I will not longer be covered by warranty. I then told the lady that I dnt want the product anymore because I even got bad reviews since their technician where also complaining that those machines a problematic. She then advised me that they will send techs again.ehich they did.and the machine is not ohk even to this day! The machine is going to be turning 3 months on the 3rd of November but has already been fixed fixed twice but still not fine.i can't even use it nw,and it is such an inconvenience to me😪
