I am very disappointed in Defy . I bought a Defy washing machine and tumble dryer from Hirsch in cash on May 14, 2022. Then they delivered it and both products were broken. They took a week to come and see what was wrong and then said the bearing and the shaft were bent from a tumble dryer, then they replaced the parts after we had to wait another week, (in the meantime the washing machine was then replaced with a new one) When they put the parts in, the tumble dryer still made the same noise. Then two weeks later they got the senior technician from Defy to come and check, his finding was that there is a dent in the drum of the tumble dryer. Then they replaced the broken tumble dryer after two weeks. When they brought it back the tumble dryer made the same noise again. And so it came to pass that the tumble dryer has already been replaced three times, and still the tumble dryer is still broken and needs to be replaced again with the fourth one and in the meantime we cannot tumble dry our clothes. Now this is the service they provide to their customers. But I was taught that every Company is only as strong as its staff who work there. But on the other hand, the staff also only do what the owners tell them to do. I would like to say to defy owners very poor of you.
