6 weeks and still no stove

I'm going to open a case at the police station that my stove was ****** by Defy service centre!!<br> Sort story: Defy collected my stove on the 16th of April only to tell me today that they are still awaiting parts to fix it. So am I frustrated about the 6 weeks without stove? YES, but I'm more frustrated that I've been told 2 weeks ago that they are busy testing the stove to ensure it works correctly. I'm also frustrated because when you do get through to Defy (which is not often) they tell you that they will get back to you on the status of the stove only to NEVER hear from them again!
