4 months waiting for an exchange

I bought a Defy oven from Makro. It was faulty from day one. Eventually got service call logged. Some came out about a month later to look at it. Then the nothing. I had to follow up and the call was closed. Long story short, after reopening an exchange was later approved. It is not a couple of months later and still waiting. Calling CC, someone will call me back; talk to Logan, Mbali, difficult to get through, something will happen, then nothing...
