3 weeks to fix Defy fridge

My fridge has broken but is under warranty. It took a week to log a call and get the reference number. Another week to send the location of the technicians, who called me and told me that he would be coming last week Friday and did not pitch. Today, I contacted the call center and was referred to many agents who put me on hold and hung up. In essence it takes 3 weeks or more to fix a fridge! Never mind the fact that I cannot afford to live on take aways. I am very disappointed in the service standards at defy
