3 weeks, several emails, still waiting

My Defy fridge has been buzzing for over a year. In 3 attempts, Defy has not fixed it. Last time they came they said they need to fetch the fridge and take it to their workshop. That was 3 weeks ago. Despite several emails, no one has rep**** and I'm still waiting. It's shocking service, and rude.
