24 month warranty
I bought a Defy fridge through Takealot, as I was about to register for warranty through Defy it turns out that the serial number at the back of the fridge is erased and now I’m wondering how am I expected to register for warranty. The fridge was perfectly wrapped when it was delivered so I don’t understand the would they scratch the serial numbers at the back🤔🤔

You can still find the serial number inside the unit on a sticker.

There is not serial number on it, there’s no sticker by the veg drawer or a sticker anywhere with the serial number. Why was the serial number at the back of the fridge erased in the first place❓
