2 years and DEFY have still not completed repairs.

2 years ago I reported problems with my Oven. DEFY continuously made appointments and then simply did not arrive to do the repairs, slowly they did one repair at a time over 2 years, today the oven repairs are sill not done, they do not return my calls or keep any appointment's, they simply do not give a damn!!
