2 door fridge keeps on getting repaired every 3-6 month. It's not working on the cool side.

Defy 2 door fredge has been giving me a headache for the past year. Every 3 or 6 months the door were we store food no longer get cold and our food get rotten. The freeze side works well. We call Defy everytime, they send a technician to fix Then after few month the goes dead again, they send a technician. I'm so tired now, the technician has already fixed it 3 times and it not working again for the 4th time. I feel like I wasted my money I just want Defy to pay me back or replace this fridge I paid a lot of money to have such a headache with their fridge.
