11 Days and still no quote

<p>I took my Defy ceramic hob to Defy in Montague Gardens 11 Days ago for a service and to check the wiring, they said they would phone me with a quote and only if I accept the quote do they proceed with the repairs. I was specific in that I needed the hob back by month end as I was renting my house out. Many phone calls to them got no results, so today (27th June) I went to them and the guy serving me looked through a lot of papers and eventually said no quote as yet. I took my hob and decided to find someone else. "You can rely on Defy" is the biggest load of crock. Please change your slogan to something else that more represents the poor quality service you give</p>
