Very poor service.

Very poor customer service, uncontactable and nameless staff. E-mail contact is pathetic. Ordered & Paid 29 Jan. max 5 days to ship. Got e-mail stating complete your order but money is off my account. Thought I'd been SCA... As of 16 Feb NOTHING. Try e-mail them no staff member name, no dates of shipping i asked for a refund a week ago - e-mail once again into a black hole - no response. And still no delivery received but they have my money.
