Non delivery of mattress topper/ ****s & ****mers

I ordered my mattress topper on the 17/ 01/2026 paid R 1699 That was over 5 weeks ago, promise of delivery in 5 working days is a complete lie 😑 I tried phoning them on a number advertised, it comes up with a person's name but they don't answer! I emailed them a couple of times and have had 3 responses the last response over 2 weeks ago saying they are waiting for a bulk delivery and I will be informed when the courier collects my mattress topper for delivery. Every email response has been a lie, and the responses seem to be prescription ie AI responses! I am sure this company is a ****..... DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM...... you will definitely be out of pocket. They are ******* and ****s, do not trust anything they say 😡
