DEEP DREAMS... BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU ORDER !!

Ordered goods online, and Paid for them on the 19th Jan. 2026. To date, I'm still awaiting confirmation as to when I can receive my goods. My initial query was responded too, as they said the goods are being manufactured, and I would receive the goods within the following week. I'm still waiting.... I then followed up and asked them for a contact telephone as wanted to speak to somebody from the company, to verify what they said. No response... I'm now wondering if I've been ****med and will reach out to the consumer council.
