On line clothing supplier

This is an on line clothing company based in Cape Town, the first 2 orders were paid and delivered, even though it took 7 weeks for delivery. However once the orders increased in valve and amount the excises and no delivery started. Unfortunately 6 months and there no delivery of the outstanding items just excuses. I have smsed and tried calling but the cellular number provided is not answered and the smses keep saying I need to wait for my stock as it on it’s way. They are extremely rude in there replies and it is very clear that after 6 months there is little hope of sorting it oit by providing the items ordered or by getting my money back.
