Unhappy client, waiting for months for name to be cleared

I settled my account with Debtworks 17.03.2020 and requested for my name to be cleared. I phoned numerous times and spoke to different consultants, Nazlee, Rowain and they promised that someone will get back to me. Yesterday I called again and they advice me that they will send the email to the relevant department in order for someone to get back to me, till to date I did not receive any call. I do understand that most people work from home and it might be difficult to maintain calls, therefore I would appreciate email feedback as well. I am really frustrated as this is going on for some time now. From my side I would also not again refer family or friends to Debtworks as they don't offer good service.
