Poor Communication and No Resolution on Debt Review Flag Removal
Poor Communication and No Resolution on Debt Review Flag Removal I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service and communication regarding the removal of a debt review flag from my credit profile. All of the accounts in question have prescribed, and I have been trying to obtain assistance in having this matter resolved. My initial correspondence was completely ignored, and I received no response whatsoever. It was only after sending a second email that I was contacted by Nicole Witbooi, who advised that the matter was being investigated. Unfortunately, since receiving that email, there has been no meaningful feedback, update, or resolution. To date, nothing has been done, and the communication has been poor at best. I have found the company to be unresponsive and not forthcoming with information, leaving me uncertain as to whether any progress is being made. For additional context, I originally entered the debt review process in 2021 but did not proceed because the proposed repayment amount was unaffordable. Despite this, my attempts to engage and seek clarity at the time were largely ignored. As a consumer, I expect transparency, regular communication, and a reasonable effort to resolve legitimate concerns. Instead, I have been met with delays, silence, and a lack of accountability. I urge the company to provide a clear update on the status of my request and take the necessary steps to address the removal of the debt review flag without further delay.

I would never even recommend to my worst enemy!
Last year following a Facebook link from the company who claimed that they can help with one's finances. The person who was supposed to be assisting me is called Ms L Lubbe who is, she sent me a consent form which I have signed to my GRANDPARENTS DETRIMENT! I am now in a situation which has the potential to either be positive or ruin my life!
