Refund for Ms. MM Nyembe not paid till today

I phoned Thabiso to cancel my membership in December 22, 2014, he asked me to do it in writting and to call his office, he gave me this fax number ***, I also used this email address to cancel [Email Removed] In January 2015 I phoned them again they said that they have cancelled but monthend another debit order went through, luckily when I phoned them they said I must go to the bank and ask for a reversal and it was done successfully. My problem is that, they have not refunded my R2000 for December 2014, and till today, I have not received anything from them. I am not happy and I need my money as the matter of urgency. The last time I called it was early this month of February 2015, they took my I'd number and said they will comeback to me. Nothing was done as I have not received any call nor any money from them.
