MISREPRESENTATION AND BREACH OF AGREEMENT!!!!

<p> </p> <p><br />i write this review with utter disgust. i am beyond livid to say the least. i was misrepped to the extent that i cannot express it in words...how on earth can, NOT 1, NOT 2, NOT 3 but 4 CONSULTANTS TELL ME I AM UNDER REVIEW FOR 48 MONTHS and NOW SUDDENLY I AM FOR 8 DARN WELL YEARS!!! UTTER BULL****!!!</p> <p> </p> <p><br />the AGENT - FREEDOM told me that my Direct Axis loan, MY Standard Bank Credit card and Home loan will be settled in 48 Months or LESS!!! not more, BULL****! Now Naydene tells me that my Credit Card and Direct Axis Loan will only be done in 2-3 years and then i can go back to paying my home loan independently.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>i mentioned on several occasions that i plan to leave to the UK in or before 48 Months and hence want everything settled. now you telling me otherwise and bull**** like, " EVEN IF YOU LEAVE FOR UK YOU WILL STILL NEED TO PAY YOUR BOND!!!" i dont have time and energy for your sarcasm!!! DEBT REVIEW, i suggest you play by the rules or we will see each other in high court.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />i demand that someone contact me and resolve this matter, i want this in writing of the 48 term, otherwise you have misrepped me, breached the CPA and verbal agreement. i am once again requesting that you send me ALL the recordings so i can escalate them to my legal authorities, which i DO HAVE!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>i am NOT A KID and do not need to be told the following " YOU CAN THINK FOR YOURSELF THAT YOU CANNOT PAY A BOND AND TWO LOANS in 48 MONTHS" i mean wth!!!! where the hell is your telephonic etiquete and client service???? any idiot should know that, hence i took this darn well offer as it was too darn good to be true and i questioned the consultant FREEDOM who signed me up back and forth and i knew this was too "WONDERFUL!!!" i even went as far as referring friends to your ****.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>i will hit the MEDIA HEAVILY, not only Hellopeter and Getclosure but the bigger firms up there and this is a friendly warning, not a threat. You are debiting a single mothers account ********ly for a term that was not agreed apone. it is utter *****NESS!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Naydene unfortunately i do not feel you are handeling this in good faith. i will wait for a manager or director to make contact with me URGENTLY, BEFORE THE END OF TODAY!!</p>
