i want to cancel as i did not join with them

hi i was called to join debt work as they were busy explaining i told the lady by the name of Kim that i am going to think about it. and then the next i am on debt review and i did not sign anything with the or agree on anything. so i need my name to be removed from the debt review as i did not have a mutual agreement with them so please can somebody sort them out for for me. and i cant get a house or buy anything that is big<br> <br> please assist
