Frustrated client

My husband Mr Selwyn Du Plessis joined Debt Works in June 2016 and they promised him that he will be able to settle all his accounts by Aug 2018. Closer to the time he called them to confirm and they said it will only be April 2019. Linda assisted him then. He called them again and spoke to Thembele profile manager and he never got back to him. After some months he spoke with Wendy, she promised to assist him however she never got back to him. Thereafter he spoke with Anthea, who said she will get back to him within 5 days, she also never did so. Someone called him last week and said she is acting on behalf of Thembele but they use to say there is no supervisor available or someone acting. Anthea called him today and to his surprise they now want his latest payslip and list of expenses as per request from Capitec. He is really not satisfied with the service receive, empty promises and the delay for over a year now.
