Fed up

Was offered debt review I indicated that I needed more information for me to continue which I didn't get I explained that I don't understand the financial break down on money that I would be paying so did not sign that form but either way they tried deducting from my account. I than wrote to them indicating that I will not proceed as paying my debts myself works out cheaper as my financial obligations are not that big. I was than told to send another letter which I did and was told all was canceled till I realised that my accounts where frozen I called the accounts department and they said they have communicated with all my creditors so I asked for a letter that they sent out and a list of who it was sent too and also requested a letter to be sent to me indicating that I am not under debt review they took my email address and I was told it will be sent till to day nothing has happened, this has been going on since June 2015
