Verbal offer for Debt review. However, after review of personal finances and the repayment, we decided against it and rejected the offer verbally and in writing. I call constantly and am put on hold or get told I will receive a call back. Michael further advised that it was cancelled, he would follow up, forward the required Form F17w to SBSA (which I advised him about as I queried this with Debt review SBSA Card Division, a rather simple form just confirming that we have not agreed hereto) however we find that we are under debt review and our account frozen after our debits as well as their debit order went off our account (we had to dispute their debit ourselves) which puts us in further financial restraints. This matter has been ongoing for approximately a month now and no one seems to want to take ownership or has the knowledge to rectify the situation. We still have no further communication which is totally unacceptable. Urgent assistance, effective management and feedback on resolutionhereof would be highly appreciated.
