Emolument Attachment Order on a paying account

<p> </p> <p>This account is being paid through debit order every month. I did not sign any document and here i recieved an Emolument Attachment Order. And there is a judgement on my name which is unfair.</p> <p>This is unaccepctable for a Customer that is paying every month and is now sitting with a judgement.</p> <p>I requested a statement still waiting.I sent out emails to ********** ********** ********** BUT STILL NO FEEDBACK.</p> <p>3WEEKS PASSED AND STILL NO FEEDBACK</p>
