Deplorable service

<p>I signed up for debt review thinking it would better my situation. I have had to deal with different people on a daily basis. I have lost faith in the process. Lodged a complaint with the portfolio manager who has the worst attitude and then lodged another complaint with the debt counsellor.I was rest assured that the debt counsellor would contact me-which she did-only to make more empty promises. My creditors are contacting me on a daily basis. They want more money-I phone daily with no response-bad attitude all round from this company. It is a disgrace. I have lodged several internal complaints but no response as yet. The funny part is they get a fee for their so called "service". Stay away. I am exporing options to change companies -they obviously do not need the fees nor do they care about the consumer.</p>
