REMOVAL FROM DEBT REVIEW!!!

I am very dissapointed with debt lite solutions,1st of all when they called me last year they were not clear and honest with me that I’ll be flagged or under debt review instead what they said they will help consolidate my debts and pay a minimum amount. I found out late last year that I couldn’t apply for any loan because I’m under debt review instead.. I honestly don’t get if this is the non transparent strategy that the business uses to get clients it is very disappointing.. till today I’m not cleared I am still flagged!!!! I just called finchoice now to check if I’m flagged they say I’m flagged.. so I can’t get any loan and this is affecting my livelihood! They sent a clearance certificate febuary 2026 but why I’m I still flagged why am I still under debt review isn’t it their job to call the bureau’s to clear my name.
