DebtLite Solution Quality Financial Service
Based on recent customer reviews, DebtLite Solution Quality Financial Service draws heavy criticism for unsolicited cold calls followed immediately by SMS messages claiming consent for credit report checks that customers insist they never gave. Reviewers describe being placed under debt review without understanding the consequences, then struggling to have their names cleared or flags lifted. Repeated callback promises, deductions from bank accounts, conflicting explanations about how personal information was obtained and outstanding reimbursement requests compound the frustration. One client reported excellent service and was finally cleared, showing positive outcomes do occur.

I’m extremely grateful for the help and support I received through debt review. I was in a difficult financial situation and was worried that I was going to lose my vehicle. The team guided me through the process, kept me informed, and helped me get my finances back under control.

I would highly recommend DebtLite Solutions to anyone looking for professional and reliable assistance with their financial situation. From the very beginning, their service has been outstanding. What impressed me most was how transparent they were throughout the entire process — everything was explained clearly, with no false promises or hidden surprises. Their aftercare has also been exceptional. They didn’t just assist me and leave me on my own; they continued to provide support and kept me informed every step of the way. The team is professional, friendly, responsive, and genuinely seems to care about their clients. Thank you to DebtLite Solutions for making what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier and more manageable. Excellent service from start to finish!

Why is there even an option for a star? This is ********* practice. DebtLite is coercing consumers and then claiming that we consented to things we never agreed to. You cannot pressure people into engaging with you and then manufacture consent afterwards. That is completely unacceptable. DebtLite Solutions, you are sneaky and deceiving. On 7 September 2026 at approximately 16:04, I received a call from DebtLite Solutions. I rejected what the consultant, Rachel, was offering. The call was then passed to Linda, who subsequently contacted Terrence Malunga. Then, at approximately 16:06, I received an SMS stating that I had 'gave consent to request my credit report' for an 'Affordability Assessment', identifying 'Debtlite Solutions - 2424.' I DID NOT GIVE CONSENT. And where do they get our cellphone number and personal information from in the first place? How are they getting people's personal information and then suddenly claiming that they consented to credit-report enquiries? This is not okay. We are already bombarded with unsolicited calls, and now we must also worry about companies accessing and processing our personal and financial information without our knowledge or consent. We are not safe. We deserve privacy and dignity. I have reported this matter to the Information Regulator as a POPIA complaint and to the National Credit Regulator (NCR). Consumers should not have to fight this hard to protect their own personal information.

I received a call (10:30), and then suddenly an sms (10.31) saying I'm giving consent regarding my credit report which I did not!!! While someone was speaking I hanged up the phone, did not say name or my ID number. What nonsense is this?

On 7 July 2026, at approximately 14:23, I received an unsolicited telephone call from a representative of DebtLife Solutions. During the call, the representative correctly identified me by my full name and South African identity number. The representative further advised that I had a revolving credit facility with First National Bank (FNB) and stated the amount of my monthly repayment before asking whether I was employed. I did not request to be contacted by DebtLife Solutions and had no prior relationship with the company. At approximately 14:25 on the same day, I received an SMS stating that I had provided consent for DebtLife Solutions to request my credit report for the purpose of an affordability assessment. I do not recall providing consent for DebtLife Solutions to obtain my credit report or to conduct an affordability assessment prior to receiving this SMS. Following the call, I contacted DebtLife Solutions on a number of occasions to establish: how they obtained my personal information; the source of the information they held; whether they had accessed my credit profile; and the legal basis upon which they processed my personal information. During these interactions I received differing explanations, including that: DebtLife Solutions works closely with major banks; they obtained my information because they are registered with the National Credit Regulator; they are a registered credit provider and obtain information from registered credit bureaux. Despite repeated requests, I have not received any substantive explanation or documentary evidence supporting these statements. Instead, DebtLife Solutions subsequently sent me an email confirming only that my details would be removed from their database. The email did not address the concerns I had raised regarding the source of my personal information, the alleged consent, or the processing of my information.
