Incompetence of Debt Lite Solutions

I do not recommend Debt Lite Solutions for the following reasons:

1. When they contact you in the beginning for them to assist you, they don't indicate that your first two payments made is mainly for their services rendered, they also stipulate that it will be the only payment for their services which is not true.

2. After excepting their initial quote of how much you will safe every month it is not a guarantee as they didn't finalize it with your creditors and agree to the new amount then they phone you back after 3 months to except a new debt Check Mandate at you bank for the new amount of an additional R2000.

3. They state that even though all your accounts will be showing that you are in arears in the beginning, it will be rectified as soon as they have received their full payment for their services. It has been 9 months now and all my account still shows that I'm in arrears and I'm receiving messages and emails regards that.

4. When you email or WhatsApp them for any assistance be prepared to wait for a response which when they reply they have no clue of what you need assistance with as they do not read your messages that you have send for example my first email I have send was on the 21 March 2023 for which I'm still waiting for a response.

5. They actually ignore you, as my wife and I send a message the same day where she gets a instance response and I'm waiting for a week, her details is not on their system so they don't know why she is contacting them. Let see if she will get the same response next time she messages them.

For all the above reasons I do not recommend this company to assist you as they don't care at all. There must be better companies out there which will actually assist you with.
