I am extremely upset about a dishonest and unauthorized action taken regarding my credit information. I received a suspicious call from a from deptlite claiming to be related to my credit. I immediately dropped the call, sensing it could be a ****.

Shockingly, a day later, I received an SMS stating that I had given consent for a credit check — something I NEVER agreed to. This is unacceptable, *********, and possibly *******.

I want to know how my information was accessed and used without my explicit permission. This raises serious concerns about data privacy and possible *****.

Can anyone assist me in reporting this to the proper authorities
